In January 2028, I’ll officially be relocating from AZ to Tennessee!
I’ve been holding onto this one for a while, and it feels a little surreal to finally be sharing it.. 🙈
For nearly a decade, I’ve had the privilege of photographing hundreds of weddings, engagements and some of the biggest moments in people's lives here in AZ. I’ve photographed couples all over the southwest, chased the last few minutes of desert sunlight and watched this business grow into something I never could have imagined when I first picked up a camera in 2016.
Arizona isn't just where my business started, It's a huge part of its story.
And leaving that behind is incredibly bittersweet.
But I'm Ready for Something New...
Over the last few years, I've felt myself craving a massive change.. Not only personally, but creatively.
I've grown so much as a photographer since I started this business, and the things that inspire me now look completely different than when I began.
I'm drawn to weddings that feel deeply intentional. Beautiful outdoor celebrations. Historic estates. Incredible fashion. Candlelit dinners. Long tables filled with everyone you love. Rolling landscapes. Thoughtful details. Wedding weekends that feel less like following a checklist and more like creating an experience you'll remember for the rest of your life.
And the more time I've spent dreaming about what the next chapter of my life and business could look like, the more Tennessee has felt like the place for it.
So in January 2028, I'll be trading Arizona's golden desert landscapes for Tennessee's rolling green hills, changing seasons, and an entirely new place to find inspiration behind my camera.
& Arizona... We're Not Done Yet.
The move isn't happening tomorrow.
I still have more than a year of weddings, engagement sessions, sunsets and plenty of memories left to photograph here, and I'm going to soak up every bit of it while I can!
There are couples whose weddings I've been looking forward to for over a year. Places I want to photograph one more time. Desert sunsets I know I'm going to miss more than I realize right now.
So this isn't goodbye yet. It's really just the first little glimpse into what's coming next.
I'm unbelievably grateful for every single person who has trusted me with their memories over the years. Every couple who invited me into their wedding day. Every client who came back year after year. Every vendor who became a friend. Every person who recommended my name.
You built this with me, and because of that, I get to take something I'm incredibly proud of and see what it can become somewhere entirely new.
Arizona will always be part of my story, but..
Tennessee, I'll see you soon.
